HAUS-KONZEPT Sodruzhestvo is an automatic factory for manufacturing panel frame houses of cottage type from prefabricated elements and long-span glued wooden structures.
Today this is the only factory of such high quality level of production, equipment, new materials, technologies and capacity in the North West region of Russia.

On January 26, 2005 Sodruzhestvo put in operation an automatic factory for producing panel frame wooden houses of cottage type HAUS-KONZEPT Sodruzhestvo. This is the first factory of such kind in the North-West of Russia.
Opening another enterprise, the company continues the policy of introducing newest environment-friendly manufacture technologies of the European quality to the Russian market as well as deep raw materials processing for exporting ready production.
Sodruzhestvo uses its potential in the timber industry and intensely develops house building based on wood processing using the world's newest technologies. This corresponds with the works in the frames of the national project "Moderate and comfortable houses for the citizens of Russia" and the governmental policy of not exporting forest abroad but process it here.
'We have always wanted to build houses using technologies of the 21st century. For Russia, which has one third of the world forest resources, introduction of advanced technologies is not only a great step forward but a solution of the politically important problem of exporting integrated products but not raw materials', the CEO of Sodruzhestvo Vladimir Ivanov says.
The first line of the automatic factory producing house sets was launched in August 2004. The second line, which is aimed for manufacturing long-span glued wooden structures and will produce 800 m3 of glued beams up to 18 m long and section up to 2 m monthly started to operate in January 2005.

Thus, the factory operates the entire process from designing a house to the final stage of manufacturing it. 90% of the work is conducted in automatic mode.House installment at the preliminary prepared foundation is normally finished within 1-3 days.
As a result, construction terms shorten greatly - the whole process from making design to the final turnkey stage takes from 1,5 to 3 months..
Panel frame houses of cottage type constructed with use of long-span glued wooden structures from Haus Konzept Sodruzhestvo represent essentially new type of dwelling of European quality in Russia.
These are environment-friendly, warm and economical in maintenance houses for permanent residence.
Operating two-shift, the automatic factory HAUS-KONZEPT Sodruzhestvo produces 2500 m2 of dwelling area per month. At the average, it is about 120 houses of 250 m2 of total area each a year.
The capacity of line for manufacturing long-span glued wooden structures is 800 m3 of glued beam up to 18 m long and section up to 2 m.
The amount of investments into construction and putting in operation the first line of the factory was 2 mln 600 thousand euros and 800 thousand euros into the second line. 50% of the investments were provided by Sodruzhestvo and the other 50% were supplied on credit by Promstroybank and the company Baltiyskiy Leasing. In order to locate the factory, Sodruzhestvo bought production space of 4,5 thousand m2 at the territory of Izhorskiy factory in the town of Kolpino.
The company plans to recoup the factory project in 3 years.
The factory uses its own raw materials. Timber for the factory is supplied by the Sodruzhestvo company, which production has European certificates.

The factory for producing long-span glued structures - beams, shields, rigging for decking and arc structures of 30-36 m span - was put into operation in March 2007. Launching a new autonomous factory will allow the holding produce a wide range of products, which will provide for new perspectives for Russian architects, designers and constructors. Besides, the holding plans to obtain all necessary certificates and export its goods to other countries.
The project capacity of the factory is 20 000 m3 per year.
Span length is 30-36 meters. Span length of arc structures is up to 60 meters.
Such structures can be used for building mini-hotels, sport complexes, covered stadiums, swimming pools, water parks, beam houses. This technology has been used for building sport facilities and public buildings for quite a long time now in Europe.
In July 2007, the company is increasing the capacity of the automatic factory to up to 120 000 m2 of dwelling areas a year.
Manufacture areas will expand for 14 000 m2. The investments into increase will make 10, 5 mln euros.
Houses produced by HAUS-KONZEPT can be used as by the company for its own construction projects or by other construction companies or individual customers.
The design bureau had by now elaborated 30 basic house models. The design bureau is currently working on expanding the model range. It can also fulfill any individual request.
The company is able to suggest a whole range of houses of different price levels, including that for the state's order.
Sodruzhestvo is actively involved into the state program "Moderate dwelling". The company conducts construction works in the village of Yanino where it serves as a contractor.
