House structure consists of multilayer panels on wooden panel frame basis. On the inside and the outside, the frame is planked with OSB. Basalt warmth-keeping lagging fills up the inner space of the panel, which provides for necessary heat shield. A hydro- and vapor-proof membrane protects the house structure and the lagging from growing damp.
Such structure provides for stable warmth characteristics of the house throughout the year: the house stays warm even during severe colds. If the heating is turned off, the temerature sinks by 2 degrees per day. During hot weather the house stays cool and comfortable.
For comparison, a brick two-meter wide wall has the same characteristics.
However, much less time and power resources are needed for heating up a panel house than a stone or loghouse. This allows to save money on heating.
